Mock Chow Mein
|Bias cut celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped green pepper||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Saute in 1/2 cup butter for a few minutes; do not brown.
Add 1 can tuna fish, 1 small can mushrooms and 3 cans cream of chicken soup.
Alternate this sauce with 1 large can Chinese noodles in casserole dish.
Top with sliced almonds.
Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
