Chinese Broccoli With Oyster Sauce

Ingredients
  Chinese broccoli 2 Pound
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Oyster sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Cut broccoli into 4 to 5-inch lengths.
Bring large pot of water to full boil.
Add sugar and 2 tablespoons oil, then broccoli.
Cook about 5 minutes, until stalks are bright green and still crisp.
Do not overcook.
Drain and rinse quickly with cold water.
Arrange on plate.
Pour 1 tablespoon oil and oyster sauce over it.
