This Chinese Chicken Salad simply doesn't seem to go off my mind even after eating it so many times …its so tasty ! I love it with bread dishes. Try this easy-to-prepare Chinese Chicken Salad with other dishes and come back here to tell me what you liked it the most with !
Ingredients
  Cooked noodle 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Enriched Noodles)
  Cucumber 1 Medium
  Shredded poached chicken 4 Ounce
  Bean sprouts vinaigrette 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Count 1 Cup Bean Sprouts)
Directions

Use a fine noodle for this recipe.
Peel cucumber, cut in long strips and seed, then cut into shreds the same size as chicken.
Toss all ingredients together.
