Chinese Cabbage Toss
|Shredded cabbage||4 Cup (64 tbs) (Use Chinese)|
|Canned sliced mushrooms||3 Ounce, drained|
|Chopped onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Chow mein noodles||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Combine cabbage, mushrooms, and onion.
Blend together mayonnaise and soy; toss lightly with cabbage mixture.
Just before serving, top with noodles.
