Shrimp Chow Mein

Ingredients
  Chinese mushrooms 10 (Soaked In Warm Water 20 Minutes)
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Oil 45 Milliliter (About 3 Tablespoon)
  Celery stalks 2 , sliced
  Bamboo shoots 4 Ounce, sliced (About 110 Gram)
  Bean sprouts 1⁄2 Pound, washed (About 225 Gram)
  Water chestnuts 1⁄2 Pound, drained and sliced (About 225 Gram)
  Chicken stock 125 Milliliter (About 0.5 Cup)
  Dry sherry 15 Milliliter (About 1 Tablespoon)
  Soy sauce 15 Milliliter (About 1 Tablespoon)
  Shrimp 1 Pound, peeled (About 450 Gram)
Directions

1 Drain mushrooms, squeeze dry and discard stalks. Slice caps into strips. Heat oil in a wok. Add celery, bamboo shoots, mushrooms, bean sprouts and water chestnuts. Stir-fry about 2 minutes until vegetables are tender but crisp.
2 Pour in stock and sherry. Increase heat to high and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and stir in soy sauce and shrimp. Cover and cook for 3 minutes. Remove from heat
