Sweet And Sour Cabbage Szechuan Style

Ingredients
  Chinese cabbage 1 Pound
  Light soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  White rice vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Tapioca starch 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Peanut oil/Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Dried red peppers 8
Directions

Wash the cabbage and cut into 1 by l 1/2 inch (2.5 by 4 cm) pieces.
Combine soy sauce, salt, sugar, vinegar, and tapioca starch in a bowl.
Set aside.
Heat a wok, add oil, and stir fry the dried red peppers until black.
Add cabbage and keep stirring over high heat for 2 minutes.
Stir the sauce in the bowl to make sure the sugar has dissolved.
Add the sauce to the wok.
Stir and mix well over high heat for another minute.
