Mandarin Salad

Ingredients
  Iceberg lettuce head 1⁄4
  Romaine lettuce head 1⁄4
  Celery stalks 2 , sliced thin
  Green onions 2 , stalks thinly sliced
  Mandarin oranges 1 Can (10 oz), drained
  Salad oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Granulated sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1 Dash
  Red cayenne pepper 1 Dash
Directions

Dressing: Combine all ingredients except oil.
Slowly drizzle oil into rest of ingredients while stirring briskly with a wire whip.
Salad: In large bowl, combine salad ingredients and toss.
Just before serving, sprinkle nuts on top and pour on dressing.
