Chinese Tonqua Soup
|Water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Instant chicken broth and seasoning mix||2 Tablespoon (2 Envelopes)|
|Diced tonqua||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Scoop Out Inside)|
|Sliced ginger root||1 (About One Inch Piece And 0.5 Inch Thick)|
Bring water to boil, add broth mix, tonqua and ginger; simmer till tonqua is soft.
