|Potato flakes||4 Teaspoon|
|Cooked brown rice||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
1. Cook frozen green beans until tender. Reserve cooking liquid and add water to equal 1 1/2 cups.
2. Saute soy sauce, ham, green bean liquid, onions, broccoli, and mushrooms until tender.
3. Add green beans and, for thickening, dry potato flakes. Heat until everything is warm and tender.
