Chop Suey

  Frozen green beans 10 Ounce, frozen
  Soy sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Lean ham 6 Ounce, diced
  Bermuda onions 2 Large, sliced 1/4 inch thick and separated into rings
  Broccoli florets 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Fresh mushrooms 2 Cup (32 tbs), sliced
  Potato flakes 4 Teaspoon
  Cooked brown rice 4 Cup (64 tbs)

1. Cook frozen green beans until tender. Reserve cooking liquid and add water to equal 1 1/2 cups.
2. Saute soy sauce, ham, green bean liquid, onions, broccoli, and mushrooms until tender.
3. Add green beans and, for thickening, dry potato flakes. Heat until everything is warm and tender.
