Chinese Fried Rice With Bean Sprout

This Chinese Fried Rice never fails to make my mouth water even in thoughts. This is simply awesome. Now, the Chinese Fried Rice is a regular feature of my meals menu. Try it out right away and let me know if you like it.
|Diced cooked chicken/Diced cooked veal / shrimp||2 Ounce|
|Canned drained bean sprouts/Braised celery||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cooked enriched rice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Scallion||2 Ounce, diced|
|Soy sauce||2 Teaspoon|
In non-stick skillet, combine meat, bean sprouts, salt and pepper, and heat for 5 minutes.
Add rice and beaten egg, and cook 5 minutes more, stirring constantly.
Add scallions and soy sauce and heat an additional 2 minutes.
