Chinese Fried Rice With Bean Sprout

This Chinese Fried Rice never fails to make my mouth water even in thoughts. This is simply awesome. Now, the Chinese Fried Rice is a regular feature of my meals menu. Try it out right away and let me know if you like it.
  Diced cooked chicken/Diced cooked veal / shrimp 2 Ounce
  Canned drained bean sprouts/Braised celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cooked enriched rice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Scallion 2 Ounce, diced
  Soy sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

In non-stick skillet, combine meat, bean sprouts, salt and pepper, and heat for 5 minutes.
Add rice and beaten egg, and cook 5 minutes more, stirring constantly.
Add scallions and soy sauce and heat an additional 2 minutes.
