Chinese Fried Rice
|Green onions||4 , chopped|
|Green peppers||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), diced|
|Celery||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Cooked rice||3 Cup (48 tbs) (Day Old)|
|Chicken bouillon||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cooked ham/8 ounce cooked shrimp||4 Ounce, diced|
|Bean sprouts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Snow peas||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), minced|
|Soy sauce||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1. Saute onions, green peppers, and celery until tender.
2. Saute rice in chicken bouillon until hot and golden.
3. Add onion mixture and ham or shrimp. When these ingredients are well mixed, hollow a center in the rice. Pour 4 egg whites into the hollow and scramble until semi cooked. Stir cooked eggs into the rice.
4. Add bean sprouts and snow peas. Cook for 5 minutes. Stir in parsley.
