Chinese Cabbage Soup
|Chinese cabbage||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Boiling water||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Instant chicken seasoning mix/Beef broth and seasoning mix||5 Ounce (1 Envelope)|
|Soy sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Thin ginger slices||2|
|Artificial sweetener||1 Dash|
Slice cabbage coarse, and combine with other ingredients in saucepan.
Cover pot and simmer only until cabbage is done (Chinese soups are famous because most of them are cooked so quickly that the vegetables remain fresh and tasty).
