Chinese Pork Chops

Ingredients
  Pork chops 6
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Powdered ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Accent seasoning 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Apple juice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sliced mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Green pepper strips 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sliced green onions 5
  Sliced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Snow peas/Frozen peas 1⁄4 Pound
Directions

Brush the chops with first five ingredients.
Refrigerate 1 hour.
Saute in 2 tablespoons of oil (hot) for 2 minutes.
Add juice and cover and simmer 50 minutes.
Add vegetables, cover and cook for 10 more minutes.
Remove chops and thicken gravy with 2 tablespoons cornstarch dissolved in 2 tablespoons water.
Pour over chops
