Chinese Shrimp is an irresistible mouth-watering recipe. Try this easy to prepare Chinese Shrimp, you will love to serve to your loved ones.
  Fresh chinese pea pods 1⁄4 Pound
  Chopped green onions 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sliced mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sliced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chicken bouillon cube 1
  Roasted cashew nuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cornstarch 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Cooked shrimp 1⁄2 Pound

In glass casserole, cook water, bouillon cornstarch and salt on high (9) for 4 minutes or until thick.
Add all remaining ingredients except shrimp.
Cover, cook on high (9) for 5 minutes or until vegetables are just crisp.
Add shrimp, cover, cook on high (9) for 3 to 5 minutes or until hot.
