Chinese Eggs

Ingredients
  Eggs 6
  Chinese vegetables 1 Can (10 oz)
  Chopped green peppers 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped green onions 2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Beat eggs well in glass casserole dish.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cook on medium (5) for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring twice.
Let stand 1 to 2 minutes to complete cooking.
