The beef and chinese cabbage soup is a meaty soup made with sliced steak pieces. Prepared with sherry and soy sauce for flavor, the beef and chinese cabbage soup is filling and savory and quite easy to prepare.
Ingredients
  Rump steak 1⁄4 Pound, thinly sliced
  Corn flour 1 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dry sherry 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oil 2 Teaspoon
  Water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Shredded cabbage 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Use Chinese One)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Marinate steak in corn flour, soy sauce, sherry, and oil.
Bring water to boil; add Chinese cabbage.
Return to boil; add salt.
Cover; simmer 10 minutes.
