The beef and chinese cabbage soup is a meaty soup made with sliced steak pieces. Prepared with sherry and soy sauce for flavor, the beef and chinese cabbage soup is filling and savory and quite easy to prepare.
|Rump steak||1⁄4 Pound, thinly sliced|
|Corn flour||1 Teaspoon|
|Soy sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Dry sherry||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Water||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Shredded cabbage||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Use Chinese One)|
Marinate steak in corn flour, soy sauce, sherry, and oil.
Bring water to boil; add Chinese cabbage.
Return to boil; add salt.
Cover; simmer 10 minutes.
