Chinese Sweet And Sour Sauce

Ingredients
  Catsup 4 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Wine vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Dry white wine 2 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon, dissolved in 1/2 cup cold water
  Cold water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (For Dissolving Cornstarch)
Directions

Combine catsup, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, and wine in saucepan; bring to boil.
Add cornstarch dissolved in water to sauce.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until sauce has thickened.
