Chinese Sweet And Sour Sauce

|Brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Wine vinegar||3 Tablespoon|
|Dry white wine||2 Tablespoon|
|Cornstarch||2 Tablespoon, dissolved in 1/2 cup cold water|
|Cold water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (For Dissolving Cornstarch)|
Combine catsup, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, and wine in saucepan; bring to boil.
Add cornstarch dissolved in water to sauce.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until sauce has thickened.
