Creamy Green Chili Dressing

Green chiles have great flavor, and that’s why they make a great salad dressing. The cool creaminess of sour cream is a great compliment.
Ingredients
  Sour cream 2 Tablespoon
  Green chiles 1 Can (10 oz)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Take all ingredients in a bowl and whisk them together.

Add salt and mix.

Taste the dressing with cabbage.

Add rest of the cabbage to the dressing. Toss them together.

Refrigerate the salad for a while and the salad is ready to serve.
