Chili Don Pedro
|Noodles||8 Ounce, cooked, drained|
|Canned chili with beans||48 Ounce (3 Cans Of 16 Ounce Each)|
|Creamed cottage cheese||1⁄2 Pound|
|Dairy sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce, cut into 3/4 inch cubes|
Toss cooked noodles with butter; keep warm.
Mix remaining ingredients in a saucepan.
Cover and simmer until the mixture is thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.
If necessary, blend in additional sour cream until of desired consistency.
To serve, combine noodles with the chili mixture and turn into a warm serving dish.
Toss snipped parsley over top.
