I made this Chili Cheese Burgers last weekend when I had some unexpected guests-visit; believe me, it was dead simple and was a great hit too. In fact, the blend of beef, and cheese gives out a delightful combination, which is sure to make a bland meal go ravishing and unforgettable!
Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Onion 1 Small, finely chopped
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Red pepper sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Red cayenne pepper 1 Dash
  Cheddar cheese slice 6 (2 X 2 Inches)
Canned chopped green chilies 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix all ingredients except cheese and chilies.
Shape mixture into 12 thin patties, about 31/2 inches in diameter.
Place 1 cheese slice and 1 teaspoon chilies on each of 6 patties.
Top with a remaining patty, sealing edges firmly.
Broil or grill patties 4 inches from heat, turning once, to desired doneness, 10 to 15 minutes.
