Gerry'S Quick Chili
Gerry's quick chili is a quickly fixed beef chili that is ready in under thirty minutes. Prepared with ground beef and bell peppers, this quick chili recipe has a base of tomato soup and is flavored with worcestershire sauce, chili powder and bay leaf.
|Onion||1 Medium, diced|
|Diced green pepper/Diced red pepper||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Tomato soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Chili powder||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Bay leaf||1 Small|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Dash|
|Kidney beans||1 Can (10 oz)|
Brown onion and pepper in pan; add ground beef and brown.
Add tomato soup with one-half soup can water.
Add sugar, salt, chili powder, bay leaf and Worcestershire sauce.
Simmer 15 minutes; add kidney beans.
Simmer 10 minutes.
