Chili Eastern Style

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound, cooked until gravy
  Onion/1 large onion 2 Small, chopped fine
  Garlic salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 3⁄4 Tablespoon
  Canned tomato sauce 4 Ounce
  Chili powder 1 Tablespoon
  Red pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Dash
  Water 1⁄2 Quart
  Bay leaves 2 1⁄2
  Whole allspice 18
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Cook ground beef until gray then chop fine.
Add onion, chopped very fine.
Then add garlic, vinegar, tomato sauce, chili powder, red pepper, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper, and water.
Put bay leaves and allspice in spice cup.
Cook over medium heat for 3 hrs.
When finished remove spice cup with bay leaves and allspice.
Serve as plain chili or on hot dogs with cheese or on top of spaghetti.
