Stuffed Green Chile Burgers
|Lean ground duck||1 Pound|
|Whole green chiles||4 , canned|
|Salsa||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), fresh or canned|
|Black pepper||1 Tablespoon|
|Low fat pepper jack cheese||4|
|Flour tortillas||4 , warmed|
Divide the beef into 4 portions.
Divide each portion in half again and shape into thin patties.
On top of 4 patties, place 1 green chile and 1 table spoon of salsa.
Sprinkle with black pepper and top with another beef patty, sealing the edges completely.preheat the grill for 5 minutes.
Grill the stuffed burgers for 7-8 minutes, or according to your preference.
Place each patty on 1 tortilla, top with 1 slice of the cheese and add Condiments of your choice.
