Chili Con Carne

Ingredients
  Ground beef mix 2 Cup (32 tbs), thawed
  Kidney beans 16 Ounce, undrained (1 Can)
  Chili powder 1 Tablespoon
  Hot sauce 1 Dash
  Red pepper 1 Dash
Ingredients for the ground beef mix
  Ground beef mix 3 Cup (48 tbs), thawed
  Cream of mushroom soup 10 3⁄4 Ounce, undiluted (1 Can)
  Sliced mushrooms 8 Ounce, undrained (1 Can)
  Commercial sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large saucepan, place all the ingredients and mix well
2. Place on direct heat and simmer for 5 minutes till done

SERVING
3. Serve hot

TIP
Prepare the beef mix by combining onion, garlic and celery and saute till done. Reduce heat and simmer again for 5 minutes. Add the sour cream and cook again for 5 minutes.
