Chile Squash

Ingredients
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Zucchini slice 1 , cut into 1/4 inch slices
  Yellow squash 1 , cut into 1/4 inch slices
  Green chilies 4 Ounce, drained, chopped (1 Can)
  Tomato 1 Medium, peeled and chopped
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1 In a large skillet, melt butter and saute onion in it for 2 minutes.
2 Add in the remaining ingredients, stirring gently.
3 Cook, covered for 5 minutes or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.

SERVING
4 Serve hot.
