Original Chili

Ingredients
  Beef 1 Pound, ground
  Onion 1
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Mild chili powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Hot chili powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin 1 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Canned tomato sauce 16 Ounce (2 Cans Of 8 Ounce Each)
Directions

MAKING
1) Into a large skillet, fry the beef till browned evenly
2) Stir to break up the pieces
3) Finely chop the onion and garlic using a sharp knife
4) Add the garlic and onion to the skillet and saute till tender
5) Add in the oregano, mild and hot chili powders, cumin and pepper
6) Saute and simmer for a minute
7) Add the tomato sauce and allow to simmer till reduced for about 15 minutes
8) Add in the salt

SERVING
9) Serve the beef hot with beans and the onions on the side to go
