Sour Cream Chile Dip
|Sour cream||1⁄2 Pint|
|Canned green chilies||4 Ounce, chopped (1 Can)|
|Onion||1 Small, finely chopped|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm) (Small Clove)|
1) In a bowl, add all ingredients.
2) Thoroughly combine to a smooth mixture.
3) Place inside refrigerator to chill until it is time to serve.
4) Serve the sour cream Chile dip with crackers or raw vegetables such as green peppers, cherry tomatoes, zucchini spears etc. It is also a perfect spread for warm pita breads.
