Chili Con Carne

Ingredients
  Beef 1 Pound, grounded
  Onions 2 Medium, coarsely chopped
  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs), coarsely chopped
  Green peppers 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), coarsely chopped including seeds
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Tomatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs), coarsely chopped
  Tomato puree 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Catsup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1 Tablespoon
  Cayenne pepper 1 Dash
  Cooked kidney beans/Any cooked beans 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Prepare the ingredients.

MAKING
2) Using a heavy skillet, saute beef, onions, celery, green peppers, and garlic in oil.
3) Add tomatoes, tomato puree, and catsup.
4) Season the ingredients, cover the skillet and simmer about 30 minutes.
5) Add beans, adjust seasoning, and continue to simmer 10 to 15 minutes longer.

SERVING
6) Serve the chili con carne over brown rice or in whole wheat pita pockets.
