Chili Con Carne With Red Kidney Beans

Ingredients
  Shortening 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Chili powder 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Condensed tomato soup 2 Can (20 oz)
  Red kidney beans 1 Can (10 oz)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a skillet, melt the shortening. Add in the onion, garlic and beef. Saute all till thet brown slightly.
2) Add in the chili powder, salt, cayenne pepper, black pepper, condensed tomato soup and red kidney beans.
3) Let the mixture come to a boil.
4) Cover the skillet and cook on simmer for about 30 minutes.
5) Keep stirring to prevent the bottom of the skillet from sticking.
6) Reheat the Con Carne just before serving.

SERVING
7) Serve the Chil Con Carne garnished with crispy crackers and relish.
