Ingredients
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Yellow pepper/Green pepper 1 , cored, seeded and chopped
  Tomatoes 2 , finely chopped
  Red kidney beans 425 Gram, drained
  Dried marjoram 1 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Ground black pepper 1
Directions

MAKING
1) In a large saucepan, heat the oil.
2) Add the onion and cook till tender, then add the garlic and cook for another minute.
3) Add all the remaining ingredients, stir well, cover and cook for about 20 minutes.

SERVING
4) Serve the Veggie Chili piping hot with rice or brown bread. Makes a good main course dish.
