Do Ahead Chili

Ingredients
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Chili powder 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Tomato meat sauce 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Canned tomatoes 17 Ounce (1 Can, Undrained)
  Canned red kidney beans 2 Pound (2 Cans Of 1 Pound Each, Undrained)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Hot cooked rice 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In 5-quart Dutch oven heat oil.
2) Add green pepper, onion, garlic and chili powder. Stir fry the vegetables until tender for about 5 minutes.
3) Mix all remaining ingredients.
4) Simmer for 25 minutes.

SERVING
5) Serve with rice.
