Quick n' Spicy Chili Con Carne

Ingredients
  Beef 3⁄4 Pound, chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Onions 3 Small, sliced
  Canned tomatoes 19 Ounce (1 Can)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 2 Teaspoon
  Canned red kidney beans 2 Pound (2 Cans, 1 Pound Each)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a large skillet, combine beef, garlic and onion.
2) Fry slowly for 10 minutes.
3) To this, add the remaining ingredients.
4) Simmer the stew for 10 minutes.

SERVING
5) Serve the stew with crackers and shredded lettuce, for a complete meal.
