Ingredients
  Lean ground meat 1 Pound
  Onions 2 Medium, chopped
  Dried onion 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dried onion pieces 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Canned red kidney beans 16 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned stewed tomatoes 15 Ounce, chopped (1 Can)
  Canned tomato sauce 15 Ounce (1 Can)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Crumble ground beef into a 3-quart casserole.
Stir in onions and garlic.
Cook on HIGH 6-7 minutes.
Stir once; drain.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cook.
Cover with lid at HIGH 6-7 minutes and at MEDIUM-LOW 35-40 minutes.
Stir occasionally.
Let stand, covered, 7 minutes before serving.
