Cilantro Cucumber and Red Chile Salad

Ingredients
  Cucumbers 2
  Cucumbers 2 , peeled and thinly sliced
  Cilantro 1 1⁄2 Ounce
  Fresh cilantro 1 1⁄2 Ounce, coarsely chopped (1 Cup Or 45 Grams)
  Dried red chili 3
  Dried red chili 3 Small, seeded (Such As Arbol, , Pequin, Or Bird's-Eye)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Rice vinegar 2 Fluid Ounce
  Unseasoned rice vinegar 2 Fluid Ounce (1/4 Cup Or 60 Milliliter)
  Sunflower oil 2 Tablespoon
  Canola oil/Sunflower / other light oil 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1.In a non aluminium bowl, mix cucumbers, cilantro and then add crumbled dried chiles,
2.Season with salt.
3. Add in oil and vinegar.
4. Coat well.
5. Let alone for 30 minutes to allow flavors to infuse.

SERVING
6. Serve at normal room temperature.
