Quick Veal Chili For Two

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 2 Teaspoon
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Green bell pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Teaspoon, minced
  Fresh garlic/1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1 Teaspoon, minced
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground veal 10 Ounce
  Chili powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oregano leaves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Hot sauce 1 Dash
  Canned crushed tomatoes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Crushed tomatoes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), canned
  Tomato paste 1 1⁄3 Tablespoon (1 Tablespoon Plus 1 Teaspoon)
  Canned pinto beans 3 Ounce, drained
Directions

MAKING
1 In a medium saucepan, add oil and heat.
2 Add onion, green pepper, and garlic or garlic powder.
3 Saute, for about 5 minutes until onion is translucent.
4 Add veal, chili powder, oregano, cumin, salt, and hot sauce.
5 Stir constantly to break up the veal.
6 Cook for about 3 minutes until the veal loses its pink color.
7 Add crushed tomatoes and tomato paste; cook, stirring occasionally, for another 5 minutes.
8 Stir in beans and cook until heated, about 5 minutes.

SERVING
9 Serve hot.
