|Bacon||7 1⁄2 Pound|
|Ground venison||2 1⁄2 Pound|
|Kidney beans||8 Cup (128 tbs)|
|Chili powder||1 Tablespoon|
|Pepper||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Chopped onions||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Canned tomato||102 Ounce|
Cut bacon into small pieces; fry in skillet until crisp.
Add venison; cook until browned.
Combine beans, chili powder, pepper, salt, onions, tomatoes and cumin.
Add venison and enough water to cover; stir well.
Simmer for 2 hours.
