Stuffed Green Chile Burgers

Ingredients
  Lean ground chuck 1 Pound
  Canned mild green chiles 4 (Whole)
  Salsa 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Fresh Or Canned)
  Black pepper 1 Tablespoon
  Low fat pepper jack cheese slices 4
  Flour tortillas 4 , warmed
Directions

MAKING
1 Divide the beef into 4 equal portions.
2 Further divide each portion into half and shape into thin patties.
3 Place one green chile and 1 tablespoon of salsa on 4 of the patties.
4 Sprinkle some black pepper and top with another beef patty, sealing the edges completely.
5 Place on the grill and cook for 7-8 minutes or until done as per your preferance.

SERVING
6 Place each patty on 1 tortilla and top with 1 cheese slice.
7 Serve with your favorite condiments.
