Green Chile Filling
|Onion||1 Large, chopped|
|Garlic||8 Clove (40 gm), chopped|
|Cheddar cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs), grated|
|Chile||7 Ounce, diced (Green Variety, 1 Can)|
1. Take a fry pan and stir-fry onion and garlic in butter until the ingredients turn soft.
2. Let the fried ingredients be little cool.
3. Mix 2 cups of Cheddar and chilies with sautÃ©ed onion and garlic mix.
4. Cover the pan and let it be chilled.
5. Use chilled chili filling as and when required.
