|Chili||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), thawed|

|Lettuce||1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded|
|Tomato||1 Medium, diced|
|Avocado||2 Ounce, pared, diced (1/3 Medium)|
|Light sour cream||2 Tablespoon|
1. Preheat the oven to 375° F.
2. On a nonstick baking sheet, place tostada shells and bake for about 5-7 minutes until browned.
3. Remove tostada shells to a serving platter.
4. Top them with equal amounts of Chili, lettuce, tomato, avocado, and sour cream.
5. Garnish with scallion.
6. Serve immediately.
