Chili Spoonburgers

Ingredients
  Ground beef 2 Pound
  Onion 1 Large, chopped for 1 cup
  Thinly sliced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced
  Canned stewed tomatoes 1 Pound (1 Can)
  Canned whole kernel corn 16 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned chopped ripe olives 4 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Bottled chili sauce 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic salt 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Bay leaf 1
  Split hamburger buns 16 , buttered
Directions

MAKING
1 In a kettle or Dutch oven,shape ground beef into a large patty .
2 Brown for 5 minutes on each side, then break up into chunks.
3 Stir in onion and celery; cook, stirring several times for 5 minutes longer.
4 Stir in tomatoes, corn and liquid, olives, chili sauce, salt, garlic salt, pepper and bay leaf; cover.
5 Simmer for 15 minutes to blend the flavors. Remove the bay leaf.

SERVING
6 Spoon onto split hamburger buns.
