Quick And Easy Chili

Ingredients
  Beef 1 Pound, ground
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Canned tomatoes 16 Ounce, stewed (1 Can)
  Canned v8 juice 11 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can, Hot)
  Canned pinto beans 30 Ounce (2 Cans, 15 Ounce Each)
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1 Tablespoon
  Sour cream 1 Tablespoon
  Green onions 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Cheese 1 Tablespoon, grated
  Ripe olives 1 Tablespoon, sliced
Directions

MAKING
1. In microwave-safe casserole crumble ground beef, add onion and Microwave with cover on High for 15 minutes.
2. Drain meat and break into pieces.
3. In a slow cooker combine all ingredients and cook on Low 4-5 hours.
4. Garnish with sour cream, chopped green onions, grated cheese and sliced ripe olives.

SERVING
5. Serve as desired.
