Colleen's Favorite Chili

Ingredients
  Onions 2 Medium, coarsely chopped
  Beef 1 1⁄2 Pound, ground, browned and drained
  Garlic/1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 2 Clove (10 gm), minced fine
  Green peppers 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), finely diced
  Canned tomatoes/Tomatoes - 1 quart, home-canned 29 Ounce, diced (Two 14 1/2 Ounce Cans)
  Beans/Kidney/pinto/mixture of the two 32 Ounce
  Beaumonde spice 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Tomato sauce/1 can 8 Ounce
  Spice 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cumin 1 Teaspoon, ground
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Seasoned salt 1 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1 Tablespoon
  Basil 1 Teaspoon, dried
Directions

MAKING
1. In a slow cooker combine all ingredients and cook on Low for 8-12 hours or High 5-6 hours.

SERVING
2. Serve as desired.
