Chili For Twenty
|Beef||4 Pound, ground|
|Onions||3 , finely chopped|
|Green peppers||3 , finely chopped|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Canned tomatoes||64 Ounce (Four 16 Ounce Cans)|
|Canned kidney beans||64 Ounce, drained (Four 16 Ounce Cans)|
|Tomatoes and chilies||1 Can (10 oz), diced|
|Tomato paste||12 Ounce (2 Can)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chili powder||2 Tablespoon|
1. Place soup pot on top of stove, brown meat, onions, and peppers and drain.
2. Take a large bowl and combine it with all the other ingredients.
3. Among several medium-sized slow cookers divide the mixture.
4. Cook with cover on Low for 3-4 hours.
5. Serve as desired.
