|Ground beef chuck||2 Pound|
|Onion||1⁄2 , chopped|
|Catsup||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm)|
|Canned hot chili beans||2 Large|
|Red pepper||1 Dash|
|Chili powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Cook beef in large skillet until gray; pour off fat.
Add onion; cook for 5 minutes.
Add catsup, garlic, beans, seasonings and 1 bean can water.
Simmer for about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
