Favorite Turkey Chili

Ingredients
  Canola oil 1 Tablespoon
  Ground turkey 1 Pound
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Tomatoes 3 Large, peeled and chopped
  Tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Chili powder 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh oregano 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh cilantro 2 Tablespoon (Chinese Parsley)
  Ground cumin 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Canned pinto beans/Kidney beans 29 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Plain non-fat yogurt 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped fresh parsley 2 Tablespoon (Chinese Parsley, For Garnish)
Directions

MAKING
1) Use a 4-quart pan to heat oil.
2) Place turkey and stir until crumbly.
3) Add onion, garlic, tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili powder, oregano, 2 tablespoons cilantro, cumin and salt.
4) Cover with lid and cook for an hour on reduce heat.
5) Add drained pinto or kidney beans.
6) Cover with lid and heat up thoroughly.

SERVING
7) Use individual bowls to serve the preparation. Spread yogurt and sprinkle cilantro to garnish.
