Peach Chili

Ingredients
  Peaches 3 , peeled
  Pears 3 , peeled
  Onions 3 , peeled
  Ripe tomatoes 15 , peeled
  Green peppers 1 1⁄2 Large
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Vinegar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Ground allspice 2 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Dice the peaches, pears, onions, and tomatoes.
2) Deseed and chop the peppers, peel and dice the garlic.
3) In a kettle, mix the fruits and vegetables, then stir in the sugar, vinegar, allspice, and salt.
4) Gently simmer for about 2 1/2 to 3 hours until the mixture is thickened.
5) Spoon the mixture into hot sterilized jars, seal and label.

SERVING
6) Use as required.
