Potatoes And Chilies

Ingredients
  Bacon fat 3 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Potatoes 4 , diced
  Salt To Taste
  Chopped green chilies 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Heat the bacon fat in a skillet.
Saute the onion until soft.
Add potatoes and fry until golden.
Add the salt and chilies.
Stir and cook another 3 minutes.
