Ingredients
  Finely chopped onion 1 Teaspoon
  Finely chopped red pepper 1 Tablespoon
  Butter 1 Ounce
  Tomato 1 Medium, skinned and pulped
  Cheese 12 Ounce, grated
  Milk 3 Tablespoon
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Salt To Taste
  Cayenne pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) In a skillet, heat butter to fry onion and pepper for 5 minutes.
2) Place tomato, cheese, milk and egg.
3) Reduce the heat to low and stir to make a thick mixture.
4) Season properly.

SERVING
5) Use small cocottes, to serve hot with thin toast.
