Old Fashioned Spicy Chili

Ingredients
  Ground beef 2 Pound
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), minced
  Ground cumin 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 6 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Canned kidney beans 32 Ounce, undrained (Two 16 Ounce Cans)
  Canned whole tomatoes 16 Ounce, undrained, chopped (1 Can)
  Tomato paste 6 Ounce (1 Can)
Directions

MAKING
1) Combine beef, onion, garlic, cumin, and salt and cook in a Dutch oven until the meat turns brown.
2) Drain the pan drippings.
3) Mix flour, sugar, and chili powder.
4) Blend the remaining ingredients, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes.

SERVING
5) Check seasoning and serve hot.
