Venison Chili

Ingredients
  Ground venison 1 Pound
  Flour 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Hot water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Chili powder 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Brown meat in oil.
Combine flour, chili powder, salt and sugar.
Stir into meat and add water.
Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
Add garlic salt to taste.
Use 1 can pinto beans to double recipe.
Serves 6 -8.
